We are looking for young talents for the role of Business Data Analyst, responsible for defining and implementing operational and managerial reporting models to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities and Main Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of SAP BI Experts, Data Engineers and Analysts on specific
  projects.
• Oversee the design, development and maintenance of data marts, dashboards and advanced reporting on SAP platforms for international clients (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere).
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security through the implementation of robust Data Governance policies.
• Lead data transformation projects, such as migrations to S/4HANA, with a specific focus on data strategy and analytics modernization.
• Evaluate and integrate, when necessary, third-party analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

Required Qualifications and Skills: (Essential)

• Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 6–10 years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics roles, with a strong focus on the SAP ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing teams (min. 3–5 people).
• Deep technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, ABAP for data modeling.
• Solid understanding of business processes and their mapping to SAP modules.
• Experience in defining Data Governance frameworks and managing complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience in an S/4HANA migration project involving the management of impacts on corporate reporting and analytics systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their connectivity with SAP.
• Familiarity with non-SAP data-integration tools.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
