Michele Basile
Michele Basile

Michele Basile is a Principal Systems Engineer, Data Scientist and Project Manager with over 40 years of experience in national, international and NATO security and defence programmes. A qualified Navy Weapon Engineer, he held senior roles at NC3A, now NCIA, in Brussels as Programme Coordinator and Architecture Configuration Manager for the NATO Active Layered Theatre Ballistic Missile Defence programme. He has extensive practical experience in defence procurement and programme management, covering capability requirements, technical specifications, competitive tendering, source selection and contract negotiation across NATO and major European multilateral programmes. He is a recognised expert in NATO BMC3I systems interoperability, C3 architecture and cybersecurity. As a Senior Data Scientist, he works on Large Language Models, agentic AI systems and Digital Twin design. He contributes as an Independent Expert and technical consultant to European Commission Horizon Europe programmes in Digital, Industry and Space, and Civil Security for Society with a focus on cybersecurity. He holds master's degrees in Communication Engineering and C3 Architecture, with professional certifications in programme management, risk management and IT service management, including ITIL.

Stelvio Dominici is a Partner at Ithude Switzerland AG and an IT Director with more than 25 years of experience delivering strategic Digital Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management and Artificial Intelligence programmes for multinational groups. At Ithude, he has full strategic and commercial accountability for the Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence practice, from defining market vision to governing the delivery of large-scale implementation programmes. At Novartis Pharma AG, he served for more than twelve years as IT Director Solution Delivery, Reporting & Analytics, leading multicultural teams of up to 150 professionals, managing multi-year budgets of up to 35 MCHF, and holding end-to-end responsibility for transformation programmes enabled by SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud across more than 52 countries. Previously, as Associate Partner at KPMG Advisory, he led the growth of the SAP EPM and Business Intelligence practice and the international delivery center, managing cross-industry programmes for major European clients in energy, luxury, chemicals and public transport. He is a recognized expert in Portfolio and Program Management, Business Partnering and Bid Management, with specialization in Finance and EPM domains supporting budgeting, forecasting, consolidated financial statements, month-end closing and management reporting. He holds a degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University of Rome and certifications including IPMA Level D, ITIL Foundation v3 and ICE Gold Project Management Methodology.

Osman Tasman
Osman Tasman

Osman Tasman is a mechanical and industrial engineer with extensive experience across academia, industry, and international defence organizations. He served in university, automotive and military simulation roles before joining NATO's SHAPE Technical Centre in 1989, where he worked as a simulation scientist and later led the C2 Team. He supported NATO and OSCE operations in the Balkans, served as Land Armaments Officer at NATO Headquarters, advised NATO land systems and ammunition safety communities, and retired from NATO in 2024.

Claus Siebeneicher is a senior systems engineer and architect with over 40 years of experience in complex technical environments, including defence, radar-related systems, and large-scale command-and-control infrastructures. He has worked on multinational programmes in the NATO context, contributing to system architecture, interoperability, standardisation, rapid prototyping, and the integration of heterogeneous components in operational environments. His expertise spans system architecture and applied AI, with a focus on resolving critical technical issues in regulated, high-requirement settings.

He is CEO of Medialogic Artificial Intelligence, a company specializing in Robotic Process Automation and AI solutions applied to business processes.

Francesco Castellano holds a degree in Computer Engineering and works as a Consultant at Ithude Group, where he supports Corporate Performance Management, Data Analytics and digital transformation projects. He joined the company after completing his university studies and contributes to consulting activities from both a technical and organizational perspective, collaborating on innovative solutions focused on data and business processes.
